Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using roundtabledq, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, you must stop using the service immediately.

These terms apply to all users, including free Starter accounts, paid Pro and Business subscribers, and any party accessing roundtabledq via API.

Permitted Use

You may use roundtabledq solely for lawful image processing purposes. Uploading images that depict real individuals without their consent, or using the service to produce deceptive or harmful content, is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. roundtabledq does not review uploaded images prior to processing. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to any image submitted to the platform.

Account credentials are your responsibility. Any activity occurring under your account is attributed to you. Notify roundtabledq immediately at our official support email if you suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, models, interfaces, and documentation are the intellectual property of roundtabledq. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as described in these terms.

Limitation of Liability

roundtabledq is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results for every image type. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding 30 days.

In no event shall roundtabledq be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services

roundtabledq integrates with third-party platforms including payment processors and cloud storage providers. These integrations are governed by the respective third-party terms. roundtabledq is not liable for third-party service failures.

Security

roundtabledq applies TLS encryption to all data in transit and AES-256 encryption to stored files. Processed images are deleted within 24 hours. Despite these measures, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of images you upload. You grant roundtabledq a temporary processing license solely for the purpose of delivering your requested output. This license expires upon file deletion.

Changes to Terms

roundtabledq may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after publication on this page. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Effective from January 1, 2026.
