roundtabledq collects account registration data (email address, name, payment details), usage data (images uploaded, processing history, API call logs), and technical data (IP address, browser type, session duration).

Payment data is processed exclusively by our third-party payment provider and is never stored on roundtabledq servers. We receive only a transaction confirmation token.

How We Use Your Data

Account and usage data is used to deliver the service, send transactional emails, calculate billing, and diagnose technical issues. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

roundtabledq uses strictly necessary cookies for session authentication and optional analytics cookies to measure page performance. You can disable analytics cookies via the cookie preferences panel without affecting service functionality.

Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized before storage. No individual user is identified in performance reports. Cookie retention does not exceed 12 months.

Data Sharing

roundtabledq shares data only with essential service providers: cloud infrastructure (processing and storage), payment processor, and email delivery service. Each provider is contractually bound to GDPR-equivalent data protection standards.

Security Measures

All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption. Stored files use AES-256 encryption. Processed images are permanently deleted from roundtabledq servers within 24 hours of your session ending.

Access to personal data within the roundtabledq team is role-restricted. Fewer than 5 staff members have access to production databases, and all access events are logged.

Your Rights

Retention
